Back in the ‘80s it looked like a Great War was in the cards. That did not happen. We got many Small Wars instead. Shortly thereafter the Russian bloc shrunk considerably. This was a very big change that came with the likelihood of a Great War in its wake due to the inherent instability of such a major shake up. We may not have got a Great War (yet) in the following years but we did get the Russian/Ukrainian war.
We can be certain, if people do not wise the fuck up, there will be more wars to follow, maybe even the Big One. We have, of course, just averted the Great Greenland War. Or at least we think we have averted it. Of course that leaves Canada hanging her hair from the Tower tempting President Covetous his every waking moment.
Desperate times these are. It is good to see how many people are not willing to turn their back on Desperate Times.
